1. Click our mail link or copy and paste to your mail program "to" line.

2. In the subject line please note Photo for Order placed
3. In the body of the letter please put your name and notations to help us match the photo to the order placed.  (ex:  Order placed on 1/1/xx for 8x10 canvas for Name at address, phone.  You may restate any instructions if you like to make sure they have been received.
4. Attach your digital image.  Many programs have an attach (insert) or paper clip image.
5. If your image is bigger that 2mg or 2000kb it may not email or may bounce back from your server or ours.  This means you need to use a program such as winzip to send the image.  Winzip often comes free with other programs and may be on your computer, if not an evaluation copy is available for download here: http://www.winzip.com/downwzeval.htm. 
6. If you are having any problems, please call 941-460-9228, we can try to talk you through the zip, attachment or email process or have our webmaster contact you for assistance.

If your image is in paper format,

1. If at all possible try to have the image scanned.  If you don't have a scanner you can have the image scanned at a local copy shop (like Kinkos).  They will save the image to disc or cd (see which works in your computer) then you can upload or email the image to us.  When scanning have them (or you scan at high quality or 300 pixels), the image will be large so you may need to upload above.  Now just follow the upload instructions.

2. If you can not have your photo scanned you can send us the photo and we will return it with your canvas photo.  We can not however be responsible for mail losses, please insure and track your precious photos through the mail services.  If you are mailing our address is below.
